Courses in mushroom pickning

Courses on mushroom picking and cooking with "Plockat". Meet at our partner Getnö Gård or at another location in Tingsryd and the Åsnen area. It is possible to compose course content by agreement, but a basic structure can look like below:

4 hour course includes:

- Introduction to mycology
- Where and when you can search
- Identification of the easiest and safest edible mushrooms with a focus on species without dangerous confusion
- Basic knowledge – picking, cleaning, storage and repair
- Cooking techniques including demonstration from the day's catch
